Steven won both heats and the feature. There are two new racers in the class, and it looks like 3 more are coming to Kid Karts!

I don't have pictures from this night, but Christian won another heat race, and Steven won the feature. 4 in a row!

Christian had some mechanical problems tonight. His header pipe broke off in the first heat, and we appear to have worn the rings and bore out on his engine. He ended up third, but was driving very well.

10-1-11 I don't have any pictures from this night, but Steven won feature #6. Christian had an interesting end to his race: the left rear tire flew off!

Ok, we were finally back in action at Hurricane. Tonight was the "Pilgrim 100" for the box stocks, and I rented a ride in that race from my friend Tim. The kids only had one heat and a feature. Steven started last in the heat and won it, then won feature #7 from the front row. Christian was cleanly passing 3'rd place in the last lap, but they got together and Christian ended up spinning out. He was running well too!

This was the first night of racing for both Christian and Steven! Steven won his first feature race, but both boys did great.
